Day 1

(Originally posted Sunday, March 9, 2014)

Overview Jeremiah 11:1-21 - "It's All Personal To Me". Reading through this week will be tough for us, but it will be helpful when we understand how valuable our heartfelt worship of Yahweh is to Him. He is not cold, impersonal and lifeless like Allah, Baal, Buddha, Horus, Krishna, etc. Yahweh is the Living God, and He is passionate about His people who He designed to worship Him actually worshiping Him, in spirit and in truth. When people do not do what He has created them to do, He takes it personally.
Day 2
(Originally posted Monday, March 10, 2014)

Jeremiah 11:1-5 - "Ah, The Good Old Days". As we read today, notice that Yahweh's covenant is multigenerational. Notice that He recalls to His people what He has done, that they may be encouraged.
Day 3

Jeremiah 11:6-8, 9-13. "Oh, The Bad Old Days". Hopefully, with the help of today's reading, we can be de-calf-enated. Yahweh's not playing around.
Day 4
(Originally posted Wednesday, March 12, 2014)

Jeremiah 11:14-17 - " 'Whoever WILL May Come'; The Unwilling Not So Much". What we read in today's portion should sound familiar; we've read it in an earlier portion of Jeremiah. Again, if you are a Christian, continue to let the Father guide your prayer life by His Holy Spirit's power. Realize by today's reading that in your life, there may be people that are there not to witness to, but to obstruct you from doing whatever it is God has for you to do, be it witnessing or whatnot. Be mindful of the Living Holy Spirit's guidance in you and His work through you.
Day 5
(Originally posted Thursday, March 13, 2014)

Jeremiah 11:18-20 - "When You're Going Where Yahweh Leads, He's Got Your Back". In today's reading, we get a very privileged insight into the thought life of Jeremiah, a kind of behind-the-scenes, all-access pass into the mindset of this prophet of Yahweh our God. It is an encouragement to any of us who will truly follow God's leading. It's a humbling thing when you see how Yahweh will show up for your cause, because your cause is His; it's an overwhelming sense when you realize how Jesus has your back when you've put your back into doing His plan. See also Matthew 28:20.
Day 6
(Originally posted Friday, March 14, 2014)

Jeremiah 11:21-23 - "Yahweh's 'Karma' Will Run Over Their 'Dogmas' ". As we read today's portion, finishing the chapter, let us be advised that He is not unaware of those who would be His adversaries and so also adversaries of His servants. He is in control, even if at times it does not seem that way. He does not hope; He promises. Likewise, He does not threaten; He pronounces.
Day 7

(Originally posted Saturday, March 15, 2014)

Review Jeremiah 11:1-23 and REST in the confident assurance that though some try, no one can take pushback like Yahweh our God, and no one can pushback like Him, either.
